Approach
Fifteen years in clinical and community dietetics, and a stubborn belief that a plan you can't cook is not a plan.
Most people arrive having already tried something restrictive. It worked for six weeks and then it didn't, and they blame themselves. The plan was the problem: it ignored the kitchen it had to survive in, the family it had to feed, and the Wednesday evening when nobody wants to cook.
So the work starts with what you eat now — the dals, the tiffins, the office canteen — and changes structure before it changes ingredients. Portion architecture, meal sequencing, protein anchoring. Substitutions come later, and only where they earn their place.
Everything is measured. Bloodwork, body composition, symptom logs. If a change isn't moving a number, it gets dropped rather than defended.
