Fees and payment
Program fees are listed on the services page and payable before the assessment. The 24-week program may be split into two payments on request.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel within seven days of starting a program, having attended only the assessment, and we refund the balance minus the single-consultation fee. Missed sessions with less than 24 hours' notice are chargeable.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate history, reports and medication details, and tell us promptly about new symptoms or diagnoses.
Emergencies
This is not an emergency service. For urgent symptoms, contact your physician or the nearest emergency department.
